STEVE MUSSER – VP OF SALES

Steve was Tri-State Media’s first employee. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the material and adhesive options available to help our customers find exactly what they’re looking for.

OUR FRONT OFFICE TEAM

Our front office team’s main focus is customer service. They are the ladies communicating with customers, processing orders, troubleshooting orders, guaranteeing that our customers get what they need when they need it, and ensuring that our customers are happy. They are a crucial part of our Tri-State Media family.

OUR DESIGN & PRODUCTION TEAM

Our design and production team’s main focus is quality. They design and in some cases re-design labels to match exactly what our customer is asking for. From there, they ensure that anything our customers need gets put on the production schedule in a timely manner and they diligently run the printing presses to ensure that each and every job is completed with our high quality standards. Our entire design and shipping team is an integral part of what we do at Tri-State Media.

OUR SHIPPING TEAM

Our shipping team’s focus is efficiency and safety. They stay focused and organized to ensure that the correct items are safely pulled from the shelf, that the cartons are carefully handled and wrapped, and that they each make it onto the correct truck at the right time. In some cases, they even drive to make deliveries to customers who immediately need an item. We couldn’t do it without them!
